Pavement Sealing

Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA)
Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) is an engineered mixture of aggregate, or stones and sand, with liquid asphalt cement, a petroleum product. It is a very cost-effective product for use on roads and parking lots, providing superior strength and durability. HMA is the world-wide choice for use in road construction and parking lots.

StreetPrint Pavement Texturing
StreetPrint Pavement Texturing is the most innovative decorative paving system that has been developed in the past 30 years. This revolutionary paving process provides a unique way to replicate the look of hand-laid brick, cobblestone and other decorative paving products, at a fraction of the cost.

Pavement Sealing
Pavement Sealing should be used for driveways and parking lots as a means of protecting the asphalt pavement from potential damage caused by spills of fuel, oil or solvents as well as protecting the pavement from oxidation by the sun and rain. Island Paving uses exclusively PolyTar Pavement Sealer which is a unique coal tar emulsion that significantly out-performs other asphalt emulsion sealers on the market. Driveways and parking lots that are sealed regularly (every two to five years, depending on the climate, wear patterns, and the like) look better and last longer……….without sealing, your pavement life may not exceed seven to twelve years.
